Edward is correct. Although at this time of year the discount will be limited. In B/C head up the escalator above Beaver Creek sports. Get off at the first stop. The main ticket office is on your left.
8100 to 9000 feet depending
Cost of Epic is around $85 per person (probably higher). I always rent a car in Denver for around $300 and then I have the flexibility. Parking can be a pain, but I like the flexibility. What you give up in savings is offset by loss of flexibility. Public transport (of which I am a big fan of) is good in Avon, but to go to Vail or Breckenridge you have to plan your day around their transport times.
Yes there is
Shuttle service
Yes
I agree. I did some work at the top of the gondola and parked at the resort. 35.00 a day, but my company paid for it. The Elk lot is the best choice.
Not quite sure where those condos are but there should be shuttle buses. The Centennial lift is the main one but there are many connections between lifts to cross from one side of the mountain to the other. You might find a lift closer to your condo.

Beware when scheduling a lesson via phone with them. We called and set up a group lesson for our minor child. When she got back she said she was the only student and we had a charge of over $800 for the lesson. They claimed it was a private lesson, even though they never disclosed that or the price prior to the lesson. Very shady.
This is the best family friendly ski resort in CO if not the USA. Appropriate terrain for all levels of skiers. Easy to get around. Most friendly, helpful, and professional staff that makes skiers' experience the best. $$$, but worth it!
Great resort, especially for beginners trying to advance off of the bunnies as they have a lot of nice, long, slightly steeper greens. Beware of the cat tracks, especially Cinch, which can be a nightmare if you're a beginner snowboarder.
Great place; little sanitation in the plaza, few masks are worn, Anyone with preexisting conditions should steer clear. Nightly music and entertainment, generally fun. Lots of places to eat, very busy around dinner time. Also I saw a fox!
We visited The Charter at Beaver Creek while in Colorado on our vacation. We needed a "Girls Spa Day" and Spa Anjali was just the place to book our massage appointments. 50 minute Swedish Massage was just what we needed. Tracy was a wonderful massage therapist. The spa amenities were great. They had a swimming pool indoors and outdoors as well as heated spa pool indoors and two really nice heated spas outdoors. A beautiful picturesque view out on the back patio was just perfect for a relaxing afternoon. We really enjoyed our spa day!! We recommend the Spa Anjali and The Charter.
Very posh ski resort. Place is wicked cool, but super expensive. It's the closest spot to the mountain, and - get this - they have escalators everywhere, so you can ride them while lugging all your gear to the lift.
We love skiing BC. It is a great ski resort with a little bit of everything to make a great family vacation. However, here is the honest assessment to consider, for the ticket price there is less grooming and fewer monitors on the slopes.it is evident by a huge bottleneck that was evident in Vail 2/7/2020 that you have to up your monitor and flow of skier volume..Been coming here 25 years and it is quite noticeable the difference. If you want to keep raising ticket prices, you need to raise the level of services. For that reason, I cannot give you 5 stars as you use to be the best resort and the gold standard. Now it is roughing it on the mountain..
Beaver Creek is an awesome place to go with your family. Our older 2 kids learned to ski here and thanks to all the well maintained greens and blues, they were able to ski all over the mountain the first time we went. There's a great village with restaurants, etc right at the base. Loved our time there!
Great family spot. Ski/out with ease. Good lockers for gear. Pro shop guys were super helpful.
Lovely views and relaxed strolling, music sometimes.
Picturesque shopping plaza set in the mountains with upscale shops. Beautiful landscaping & flowers throughout plaza. Live music in the afternoons with big, cozy settees around fire pits make for a very enjoyable & relaxing atmosphere.
Beautiful in summer. No crowds. Great hiking.
One of the best resorts in Colorado to visit during the summer and fall! The lower elevation and good precipitation allow for huge cottonwood, aspen, fir and spruce trees to all grow together in the same spot. Backing up to Holy Cross is another huge plus. It's the best maintained ski area I've seen and you can tell whoever manages the forestry does an excellent job, complementing the great base area.
Absolutely beautiful this time of year! B.C.Village is obviously welcoming toward the sans snow Summer-time crowd. The attention to detail with the flower beds and planters all around the village is not easily overlooked. Pretty sure impossible to miss. Stunning!
Great place. Thanks for the fun
Shorter lift lines than Vail, and don’t even get me started on the chocolate chip cookies!
The skiing is great and they keep the mountain in great shape. Terrain parks, nice long trails, and well-kept facilities. The only complaint is the tickets and the food prices, which are absurd at time.
Wide open, well groomed main trails, friendly staff, not as crowded as Vail, lots of good powder, and great places for food and drinks. The warm cookies are an extra bonus!
It's very beautiful place. Great for skiing, snowboarding and ice-skating. Great for family. Lots of places to eat and shop. Many spots to sit near gas fire to keep warm. Great for holiday and weekend getaways.
Very nice village and mountain. Highly recommend
Always love going to Beaver Creek to escape the heat of Denver in the summer.
We went to go miniature golfing, we checked the website, it said they were open and gave their covid guidelines. Once we got there they said that it wasn't open for the summer? It didn't say anything on their website. Very frustrating. The little shopping area was very cute.
The slopes here are very beginner friendly, and there are also slopes for those who are advanced as well! At 3pm, they offer fresh cookies. Lessons are also offered all day, and if you need, they have all types of gear you can rent. There is always someone there ready to help you or answer and questions you may have! All of the workers here are so nice and friendly! Definitely one of my new favorite spots to snowboard!!
Pretty area to take family for hiking and skiing
Free cookies at 3 pm! Powder day @ beaver creek was amazing... Top quality ski resort...
Specifically reviewing their children’s ski school...We’ve skied at 3 resorts this year and had our 3yo take lessons at each place. BC was by far our worst (and only negative) experience. BC was the most expensive, the teacher to kid ratio was 2-3x higher than any other ski school we experienced, shorter magic carpet + run, and less end of the day feedback to parents. Drop off was disorganized and both days they were unable to get our child his own skis.We won’t be returning to BC ski school.
I love BC! Everyone skies fast! Fun weekend with more snowboards than usual bc of events at Vail. The kids love skiing here bc the runs have lots of little trees runs. Awesome mountain maintenance and so many little themed areas! Great job!
Great restaurants! Mountain is hard to navigate
Great family ski resort that is high quality and manageable from a size perspective. One tip is the on mountain food is expensive. Try the POwDR restaurant at the bottom of the Centennial lift. Less people and a little cheaper. The Rose Bowl lift is good in the morning. In the afternoon, the sun is more toward the Larkspur lift.
I love this place. Always seems if there is a crowd its spread out very well. Lots of good powder and flowy tree runs for boarders. Beautiful resort, great food, friendly staff, love the cookie in the morning. There are also unicorns here.
Something for everyone...if you are a beginner, we have amazing terrain (soon to be more), Intermediates will love all the choices of runs and experts will delight on the Birds of Prey and some tucked away tree runs in the glades. The dining choices are incredible and the highlight is the chocolate chip cookie at the end of the day. Great transportation, shopping, ice skating, apres....you can't miss with Beaver Creek Ski Resort.
Incredibly beautiful regardless the time of year.
3 pm fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, friendly staff and plenty of places to eat and shop. What's not to like. Amazing ski resort and atmosphere.
Heaven on earth. That’s how I feel about this magical place, and come back every time I can. Lovely setting, fabulous art, friendly people! Yes...that’s heaven!
Birds of Prey World Cup is AWESOME! The mountain is very well maintained, the employees are fantastic and the village is always full of great people watching. Don't forget the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies!
Super place to ski. Very family-friendly. Food is a little pricey. Talons is a great place to stop for lunch. Lots of terrain for all level skiers.
One of my favorite ski resorts in Colorado. It's one of the smaller resorts as far as the village size goes, but the terrain on the mountain is great. Beaver Creek has a very exclusive feel to it as well. Much less crowded than many of the larger resorts also, which is nice.
The skiing at Beaver Creek is great! It has something to offer for everybody from beginners to experts. The expert terrain on Grouse Mountain is especially challenging and fun! Also, seems to get less crowds than Vail which is a plus.
Beaver Creek is a fun, small village at the bottom of beaver creek mountain. There are usually fun activities both in winter and summer. Many good restaurants, some nice stores and a couple of good hotels.
For families... Doesn't get better than Beaver Creek resort. No lines, lots of terrain for every level, shuttles for everything you need to do. Don't need a vehicle at Beaver Creek for any activities. It's a great spot for family vacation, pricey mountain is the only downside.
Beaver Creek is nice for families with kids. We stopped there one day when we were in Vail. I don't think it compares to Vail skiing/snowboarding though. Also, I prefer not to have so many kids around on the slopes. However, if you have kids, you will love it.
Great day of skiing today. Super variety of slopes to suit anyone! Escalators are a nice touch! Beautiful clean restrooms too.
Our family of 12 spent last week at Beaver Creek Resort. Everyone had a great time. However, DON'T SCHEDULE ONE OF THE RESORT PHOTOGRAPHERS! We used EpicMix down near the ski school area. The photographer seemed to be inexperienced. He didn't place people in a good position, in fact, he didn't even try. I watched as he photographed different parts of our family and had to tell him that some people couldn't be seen, his shadow was in the photo, etc. I paid $60 for a 15 minute session and have never received my photos. They were supposed to be emailed to me. You can't call them as there is no phone number on the website so I have sent them 3 emails demanding a response and my photos. Nothing. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Finally I called the main number of Beaver Creek Resort and they gave me the photo department number. No one answers the phone. I have left a message for them to call me. Let's see if I get a call. Doubtful.
Did the Talons Challenge with a great friend. What a ski resort. Recommended for all!
Beaver Creek ski resort has the absolute friendliest staff of any ski resort I have ever visited. They make you feel so welcome. And, of course, great skiing at all levels.
Beautiful place with European touch. Always a pleasure to come here.
Beaver Creek is a beautiful resort. We had an excellent experience from renting with Emma in the vail sports shop to morning cookies to helpful information folks that sent us in the right direction. The powder made for some great runs. Larkspur is a great place to have intermediate and advanced skiers ski together.
Great skiing. Much more steeps than people give credit for. Excellent hotels and dinning
Fifth time skiing here and I have fallen in love with this resort. Not a great option for Denverite's though. Too far and very little parking. Awesome shopping. Not crowded at all.
Beaver Creek is amazing. Everyone here is extremely helpful. Crowds are always minimal and the mountain is always in great shape.
